Refund Policy

Our Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our training content. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a refund.

1. One-Time Course Purchases

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all one-time course purchases. This applies to:

You qualify if:

You request within 7 days of purchase AND have accessed less than 20% of the course content AND provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

✗ Not Eligible
Refunds are denied if:

More than 7 days have passed, or you have completed more than 20% of the course, or you cite reasons unrelated to course quality (e.g., changed your mind, no longer need it).

Important: Because our courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., completing a course then requesting a refund) will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For Simulator Pass Basic ($5/month) and Simulator Pass Full ($15/month):

How to Cancel: Log in to your account → go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Or email plmalinao@gmail.com with your registered email and we will cancel within 24 hours.

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access course content due to a confirmed technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same course or subscription twice, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your account, contact us immediately at plmalinao@gmail.com. We will investigate and work with Lemon Squeezy to resolve the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated through Lemon Squeezy.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
